Introductory Call

It’s always a good idea to see if we are the right fit. In this introductory session, we’ll explore how coaching can help you understand and face your challenges. Once you get to know the process, you can decide if you are ready to proceed.

Session Fee: Free of charge 45-60 minutes

Service Options

  • Three Months of Coaching

    We’ll spend one hour together every two weeks to dive deeper into your journey and map out your path to self-actualization.

    Investment : $720 for 6 Sessions

  • Six Months of Coaching

    Over the course of six months, we’ll spend one hour together every two weeks to explore and reflect on your opportunities for growth and challenge resolution.

    Investment: $1300 for 12 Sessions

  • Guest Speaking

    If you are hosting a seminar, workshop, or talk on the many parameters of personal development and transition, I would be happy to bring a life coach’s perspective to the table.

How It WORKS

01. INTRODUCTORY SESSION
Book an introductory call to get to know my approach.

02. PURCHASE A PACKAGE
Chose from a 3 or 6 month package to move forward with coaching.

03. RE-EVAULTE AND CONTINUE
At the end of our package term, we will align with what’s next and sign on for more time if needed.

  • Life coaching is a journey for an individual to enhance their personal and/or career lives. It’s a partnering journey between the coach and the coachee, in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires the person to optimize their potential.

  • Here are some Cues on when it is a sign to kick off a journey and work together.

    - A change that is happening in your life and you are maybe anxious about what is coming in your way.

    - A feeling or inner voice telling you that you are ready for something new or different, but still don’t know what this thing is.

    - You are working hard within your career or personal life, but still don’t feel this excitement or engagement.

  • -You will start hearing yourself saying things like “I feel unstuck now” or “I haven’t thought about that before” or “I never looked at it this way before”.

    -You will learn new things about yourself that you never paid attention to it because you didn’t have the clarity you have now.

    -You will start having clarity and living life with purpose.

  • Life Coaching helps you identify a current feeling or behavior that is not in tune with you. You co-create plans with your coach to address these situations. Therapy helps you analyze your past to understand your present behavior. In other words, the therapist will tell you why this is happening and the coach will work with you on how to reach your goal.
